In order to do so, you are collaborating with users, customers, stakeholders and the development team and by that ensuring that the most valuable functionality will be delivered early and frequently. You need to be a good communicator; you need to have access to domain knowledge, as well as both the time and the authority to fulfil your role.

In our Certified Scrum Product Owner training you will learn all that it takes in order to be a great Product Owner. We will teach you all the theory, tool and practices you need and doing that, we will draw on our personal experiences from years of practicing Product Ownership.

Among other, the training will cover these topics:

The training is highly interactive with exercises and graphical facilitation.

Due to the uncertainty about how the COVID-19 pandemic is developing, this training has been transferred to a virtual format. We at Better Change have extensive experiences in facilitating online trainings by use of virtual class rooms and break out rooms. Our virtual trainings are as engaging as our in-person trainings, you still will do exercises, have group discussions and interact with the trainer for maximum outcome. The only thing you will miss is the delicious lunch we normally provide at our venues.
